Connect With Your Audience Pt .:3:.

This post is part three in a series of posts on what I believe to be some elements of healthy communication. From our weekend gatherings to casual conversations, these elements are what I use to engage the students that God has allowed me to pastor.

One way to connect with your audience is through the use of “humor.” Laughter is a universal language. Laughter has the ability to break down barriers and disarm people to accept truth. The highs of laughter make the serious points that much more compelling. It’s great listening to people who can make me laugh but slap me in the face with truth at the same time. Try to use humor in some form each week.
